James Foy

Jim has spent 35 years in positions of leadership in the health care field, most recently as CEO for 17 years of the Riverside Health Care System (RHCS).  RHCS, a $250M system, operated four major health care facilities, including St. Johns Hospital in Yonkers, NY, as well as multiple outpatient sites in lower Westchester.  Its ParkCare Pavilion was the largest provider of alcohol and substance abuse services in New York State.  He has served as Director of the Smithers Foundation, a family charitable foundation dedicated to treating alcoholism, since 2007 and as the Director of GNYHA-Ventures, a GPO doing in excess of $9 billion annually, since 2004.


Clay Lifflander

Clay Lifflander has been advising and investing in the health care arena since 1988, including both private and public companies.  Before starting HRCP, he was President of Millbrook Capital Management in New York City.  MCM oversaw approximately $1 billion in assets deployed in manufacturing, business services, and healthcare in private equity and hedge funds.  From 1994 to 1995 he was President of the New York City Economic Development Corporation and Chairman of the NYC Industrial Development Agency.  He was a Managing Director in the M&A Group at Smith Barney (now Citigroup) from 1984 to 1994.  He is a former trustee of the Village of Dobbs Ferry, NY.
